Oregon Historical Society Research LibraryCollection consists of 33 black and white photographs of the 1948 Columbia River flood, also known as the Vanport Flood, which depict the evacuation of residents, flood damage, and cleanup efforts in Vanport and Portland, Oregon. The photographs were taken or collected by Ernest V. Page in May and June of 1948.
