Historical Note
Earl E. Gray was a research assistant professor in electrical engineering at the University of Idaho. Due to his effectiveness as a science professor, Gray was praised and awarded grants to help teachers and professors better teach and understand science. He started teaching at the University of Idaho in 1962, where he taught electrical engineering for 30 years until his retirement. Gray was born 30 January 1929 in Milliken, Colorado. He married Marjorie Wormington on 5 August 1949 in Reno, Nevada. He earned a degree from Colorado A & M in electrical engineering. Gray died 22 December 2010 in Moscow, Idaho.

This collection features a variety of materials connected to the late University of Idaho professor Earl E. Gray.
